1. Returns & Exchanges Window

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days after receiving your order. Please note that all items must be in their original condition – unopened, unused, and in perfect shape with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fairness and maintain quality, some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature:

  • Opened Model Kits: Once opened, model kits cannot be returned due to potential missing parts or tampering.
  • Memorabilia & Figures: Authentic collectibles and limited-edition figures are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (provided in the approval email) using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

After we approve your return:

  • Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For PayPal payments, refunds may appear immediately, while credit card refunds can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned item is received and processed. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by us if the exchange is due to a error on our part.
